| 摘 要： | 席卷全球的金融危机和新增劳动力数量的持续增加，使我国大学毕业生就业形势严峻，大量毕业生面临毕业即失业的困境。面对严峻的就业形势，国家和毕业生个人都采取了一些具体举措，并取得了一定效果。但从国家社会经济发展的总趋势来看，大学毕业生就业的前景还是非常乐观的。
