常州产业竞争力的实证分析

本文从产业结构转换能力和产业结构转换绩效两个方面分析常州产业竞争力,并和无锡、苏州在产业结构偏离度和产业相对劳动生产率方面进行比较分析。分析结果肯定了改革开放以来常州产业结构转换取得的成效,其产业竞争力在不断增强;同时指出,常州产业竞争力和无锡、苏州相比,仍然存在较大差距,并提出就业结构应主动适应地区产业结构升级的需要,而不是被动地调整;以及常州三次产业的升级方向。

Changzhou industry competitiveness’s demonstrative analysis

The article analyses Chang Zhou’s industrial competitiveness via the ability and the achievements of its industrial structure transformation.At the same time,it compares Chang Zhou with Wu Xi and Su Zhou in difference degree of industrial structure and industrial comparative labor productivity.The result affirms the achievements of the industrial structure transformation and continuous improvement of the industrial competitiveness of Chang Zhou since reform and opening up.Also the article points that Chang Zhou’s industrial competitiveness is poorer than Wu Xi and Su Zhou’s.Finally the writers presents that structure of employment should be actively adapted to upgrading of industrial structure other than passively adjusted to it and presents the upgrading direction of Chang Zhou’s industrial structure.
