| 摘 要： | ERP是现代企业实现现代化、管理科学化强有力的工具。本文介绍了电子商务企业模型、ERP与电子商务的整合,对影响ERP实施效果的因素进行了分析、提出了在ERP具体实施中应注意的事项,最后给出一个企业实施ERP的评价方法。
