亚临界萃取技术生产黑果枸杞花青素色素片可行性探讨

摘    要:
以青海省特色资源---黑果枸杞为主要原料,对其营养及活性成分进行了全面分析。提出在超声波辅助下,利用亚临界流体萃取技术,从黑果枸杞中提取、分离、纯化出原花青素活性物质,再利用超微粉碎技术、浓缩压片技术,生产富含多种活性物质的植物提取物浓缩片剂的理由和依据、工艺及特点,并对本项目的市场前景和综合效益进行了分析。

Abstract:
Using the Lycium barbarum produced in Qinghai Province as raw material, its nutrition and active ingredients were analyzed in detail in this paper. It puts forward that the anthocyanins pigment sheet can be extracted, separated and purified from Lycium barbarum using the subcritical extraction technology assisted with ultrasonic, and then pigment sheets riched in variety of active substances are produced using superfine grinding technology and concentrated tabletting technology. In addition, the market prospect and comprehensive benefits of the project are analyzed.
