结晶器振动机构驱动方式的改进

摘    要:针对机械驱动的曲柄连杆机构在实际运行过程中易损坏,且坯面质量不易保证的问题,在分析结晶器振动机构的振幅、振动曲线、拉坯速度以及液压振动机构的控制原理的基础上,对液压驱动的结晶器振动机构、液压驱动设备进行了改造,由液压缸取代了曲柄,成为液压缸连杆振动机构。改造后的连杆机构在实际应用中达到了良好的运行效果。

Abstract:Bao Gang Lamina Factory's conticaster crystallizer vibrating mechanism,whose driving was changed from crank-connecting rod mechanism to hydraulic pressure,was introduced.In actual operation,the crank-connecting rod mechanism is easy to be damaged,and the billet surface quality is difficult to ensure,so the crank is replaced by a hydraulic cylinder.The amplitude,the vibrating curve and the pull speed of crystallizer vibrating mechanism,as well as the control principle,are analyzed.The conticaster crystallizer vibrating mechanism,the hydraulic drives and the control principle of servo valve are introduced in detail.The hydraulic pressure device has achieved good operating results.
