硬脂酸钙改性纳米碳酸钙的效果研究

摘    要:纳米碳酸钙由于价廉、无毒而广泛应用于橡胶工业、塑料工业、造纸工业、涂料工业等各个方面。但纳米碳酸钙粒子表面亲水疏油,与高分子材料相容性差,需进行表面改性。采用硬脂酸钙对纳米碳酸钙进行表面改性处理,通过红外光谱、吸油值、活化指数对改性前后的纳米碳酸钙进行了表征和分析,考察了改性剂用量对纳米碳酸钙粉体改性效果的影响,从而确定了改性剂的最佳用量。在改性温度为90℃,改性时间为30 min条件下,硬脂酸钙改性剂的最佳用量为纳米碳酸钙质量的2.5%。IR分析表明硬脂酸钙与纳米碳酸钙发生了吸附。

Abstract:Nano-calcium carbonate was widely used in rubber industry,plastics industry,paper industry,paint industry,and other aspects because of its moderate-price and non-toxic.Due to its bad compatibility between the nano-calcium carbonate and the polymer material,it must be modified by all kinds of modifier.The nano-calcium carbonate powder was modified by stearic acid calcium.The surface characterization of the modified calcium carbonate was investigated by means of IR,oil absorption value,and activation index.Different amount of the modifier was inspected in the fixed conditions.Under the fixed conditions(modification temperature of 90 ℃,modification time of 30 min),the result indicated that the optimum dosage of stearic acid calcium is 2.5%(mass fraction of nano-calcium carbonate).IR analysis showed that the stearic acid calcium was attached to nano-calcium carbonate.
