我国房地产业融资现状研究

房地产业是一个资金密集、投资庞大、需要有大量资金支持的产业,而且其投资回收期较长,因此对投入资金的来源,取得资金的成本,以及资金的尽快回笼都有较高的要求。本文将对我国房地产业融资现状进行研究,并将房地产业融通渠道划分为房地产企业融资渠道和个人融资渠道,分别进行分析,指出了我国房地产业现行融资渠道的不足,最后提出了发展和完善房地产业融资渠道的建议与对策。
