内蒙古自治区农村牧区经济合作组织发展的制约因素及政策建议

农民合作组织是世界上一些农业发达国家和国内一些先进地区发展农业的成功经验,是推进农业和农村经济加快发展的有效组织形式。但是在积极推进和倡导农业经济合作组织发展的同时我们遇到了很多的困难,这些困难制约了农业经济合作组织的发展。本文将对制约新农村牧区农业经济合作发展的因素进行分析,并提出了解决问题的方法和对策。

Farmer economic organizations are born in the successful experience from overseas and domestic agriculture developed areas.It will become a kind of effective organization form to accelerate rural economic development.But during the development of the farmer economic organization we have to face many difficulties,restrict the development of farmer economic organization.This paper focuses on these factors of restricting the development of farmer economic organization.At last some suggestions were created.
