| 摘 要： | 文章首先通过对知识管理在物流企业的必要性的说明，进而对物流企业知识管理与核心竞争力的相关性进行了分析．从而提出了针对物流企业特点设计的基于知识管理的物流企业的核心竞争力评价体系．最后通过实例分析印证了知识管理与核心竞争力的相关性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, through illustrating of the knowledge management importance of logistics enterprises, and then it analyzes the interrelation between knowledge management and core competence. On the basis of the analyzing puts forward the indexed system for the characteristics of logistics enterprises. Finally, through the example of logistics enterprises, explains the interrelation between knowledge management and core competence. |
