| 摘 要： | 文章从资源基础论的角度对企业家理论的相关文献进行了梳理，认为企业家是创意的提出者与资源的整合者，企业家精神为其创意实现与资源整合提供强大的精神动力。商业模式创新则是企业家基于创意对资源进行创造性配置，目的是追求熊彼特的创新租金，体现了企业家的创新精神、冒险精神与合作精神。企业家创意价值的信息不对称性、企业家精神及其人格魅力的独特性、企业家能力的不可让渡性，决定了商业模式创新是企业家的创新。
