心理契约违背、组织犬儒主义与离职倾向之关系研究

摘    要:
心理契约违背是员工对组织未能履行心理契约中义务的主观感知,组织犬儒主义是一个人对雇佣他的组织所持有的负面态度。心理契约违背与组织犬儒主义正相关;心理契约违背与离职倾向正相关;组织犬儒主义与离职倾向正相关;组织犬儒主义在心理契约违背与离职倾向之间存在部分中介效应。

Abstract:
Psychological contract violation is the subjective perception of the employees, which organizations fail to fulfill the obligations.Organization cynicism is the employees' negative attitudes to organizations.Psychological contract violation and organizational cynicism,psychological contract violation and dimission intention,organizational cynicism and dimission intention are all positively correlated,while organizational cynicism has partial mediating effect between psychological contract violation and dimission intention.
