| 摘 要： | 在构建"和谐社会"、建设新农村的今天,农村养老保险越来越受到政府、理论界和广大学术界的关注.政府的政策规定、理论上积累的大量文献资料、实践中获取的丰富经验,对农村社会养老保险的发展起到了引导、启示和借鉴作用.但是,在农村社会养老保险这一课题的研究中,仍存有许多争论与分歧."家庭养老"、"土地养老"与"社会养老"有机结合是农村养老模式理性的选择.对农民工"进城"、"回乡",还是走"第三条道路"等问题进行了再分析.同时,还明确指出政策规划的合理性、可行性与其特定的情境密切相关.

| Abstract: | The rural endowment insurance is being taken more seriously by governments, theorists and general academic community on this day building harmonious society and new socialist countryside. Policies of government, plentiful documents accumulating in theory and abundant experience in practice act as induction evelation and suggestion to the development of rural endowment insurance. There are many of disputes and differences in the research of rural endowment insurance at the same time. |
