| 摘 要： | 农村集体土地制度是农业经济制度的基础,土地产权制度则是土地制度的核心.随着社会主义市场经济的完善及政治、经济体制改革的深入,作为三大生产要素之一的土地已进入经济活动中心.但现行的农村集体土地产权制度不太完善,为此,改革集体土地产权制度,保障农民的集体权益,已成为当前亟待解决的重要问题.在分析现行土地产权制度存在问题的基础上,提出今后完善集体土地产权制度的思路.

| Abstract: | Collective farmland system is the foundation of agricultural economic system, with land property right system being the core of the land system, With the improvement of the socialist market economy and the deepening of the economic system reform, land has been in the center of economic activities as one of the three major production elements.It is a pressing problem to reform the system and guarantee collective benefits of farmers since the current rural collective land property right system is not perfect. This paper analyzes the problems in the present land property right system and puts forward methods to improve the collective land property fight system. |
