| 摘 要： | "社区照顾"是以社区为依托,为满足日常生活自理有困难的城市老年人的日常生活照顾需求而提供的养老服务方式.建设和发展"社区照顾"对于"未富先老"的中国构建和谐社会具有特别重大的意义.我国社区照顾模式的内容应借鉴国外成熟经验,分成社区居家照顾和社区养老机构照顾两个子系统.为使"社区照顾"更好地为老年人服务,需对其加以规范和发展. |

| Abstract: | "The community care" relying on community is a service mode provided for the aged who have difficult in taking care themselves in city.It has very important meaning for China building harmonious society which is "not be rich and old first" to construct and develop "the community care".The contents of our "community care" model should draw lessons from foreign mature experience and divide into two subsystems which are community care at home and community care in the organization provided for the aged.In order to make "the community care" serve for the old people,it is needed to take it into regulation and develop. |
