This paper particularly describes the basic practice of the large-amount transactions and suspicious transactions reporting system in anti-money laundering project implementation of the United States, analyzes the building status of suspicious transactions reporting system project implementation in domestic and foreign countries, and the existing problems of the suspicious transactions reporting system project implementation in China, put forward the opinion about the enlightenment of large-amount transactions and suspicious transactions reporting system in the United States to our county.
