| Abstract: | Based on a summary of China's state-owned enterprise reform process,this paper elaborates the state of farmland property right,function and management,analyzes the irrationality in the privatization of farmland property right reform of this country through a comparison between the state-owned enterprise and the farmland,and offers some advice for the reform of farmland property right in China. |
