我同政策性农业保险的现状、问题及对策建议

近年来，中央政府高度关注农业保险的发展，连续六年的中央一号文件都对政策性农业保险做出重要战略部署，各地政策性农业保险试点工作也纷纷铺展开来。我国政策性农业保险在面临良好的发展机遇的同时，也存在诸多制约其发展的因素。本文从我国政策性农业保险现状出发，通过对我国现阶段政策性农业保险发展过程中存在的问题以及造成这些问题的原因分析，进而给出当前加快我国政策性农业保险发展的对策建议。
