| 摘 要： | 笔者认为深化国有企业改革,大力推进企业的体制、技术的管理创新,其核心是产权改革。改革成败的关键是完善公司治理结构。本文通过对我国公司治理结构现状的分析,提出了完善公司治理结构与治理机制的对策。

| Abstract: | the article thinks that property right reformation is the core of deepening the SOE's reformation and advancing the management innovation of the system and the technology.The key of successful reformation is the consummation of the corporate governance structure.This paper brings forward the countermeasures of consummating the corporate governance structure and governance system by analyzing the status quo of the governance structure of Chinese corporations. |
