| 摘 要： | 根据市场经济下建设项目的选择和决策的需要,提出从市场分析中确定投资方向、确定产品方向和工艺路线的方法,并且详细论述了确定生产规模和选择工艺路线的定性和定量分析方法。最后,文章提出了在项目建设期工程设计质量和装置的制造质量管理等重要问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the market analysis,the determination of investment,products and technologies has been discussed according to the requirements of selecting construction projects under market economy.The qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for the determination of production scale and the selection of technology have also been presented.The paper also discusses the management of design quality and the quality of equipment manufacture. |
