| Abstract: | Checking and accepting of planning is the basic link that urban planning administrative responsibile institution go on supervising to construction project which was confirmed already. The completion measurement of city planning construction is important element task.Combining the situation of Changsha, the authors discussed implementation method of completion measurement of city construction engineering based on GIS, introduced its procedure, operation method, and so on. |
