| Abstract: | According to the adjustment of industrial structure in western part of China ,this paper introduces mutual effect between flow of human resource and adjustment of industrial structure in western part of China by margin, and then combining theory analyzes the reasons, finally proposes several suggestions on flow of human resource and adjustment of industrial structure. |
