2005 is the key year for state-owned commercial banks of China.In this year,we found more and more law cases,which make a great loss to the banks.This paper analyzes the organization structure bug in state-owned commercial banks,which is one reason of so many cases.Then using the game theory to get the conclusion,we should use for reference the advanced organization structure mode in the world to reform our organization structure with enterprise mode in order to control management risk of state-owned commercial banks. |
