| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的来临，发达国家的国家创新系统研究已经从早期的强调技术创新转移到既重视技术创新、又关注知识在经济中的作用，即重视知识的生产、储存、转移、扩散和应用。本文介绍了我国面向知识经济时代的国家创新体系的结构、功能和关键概念。
