| 摘 要： | 基于黑龙江省森工林区718户职工家庭2009年的调查数据,运用单因素方差分析和Probit回归模型,对其贫困影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:劳动力数量、劳动力平均受教育年限、耕地面积和代表资本的银行存款对职工贫困造成了显著影响。最后,提出应通过增加教育培训投入、加大金融扶持力度和积极发展林下经济来降低林区职工贫困的发生率。

| Abstract: | Basing on the survey data of 718 workers' families living in forest industry area of Heilongjiang province,a Probit regression model is built to explore the determinants about poverty.The results show that variables of the number of labors,cultivated area,bank deposits and average educated years of labors have significant effect on poverty of workers.So,we had better increase educational investment,financial support and develop under-forestry economy in order to decrease the incidence of poverty. |
