| 摘 要： | 随着经济的增长和全球化的深化，与旅游相关的迁移越来越普遍，以拉萨和尼泊尔为目的地，采用定性分析的方法，探讨了从游客到旅游小企业业主的这一群体的行为特点以及其迁移的原因．研究指出旅游导致的移民有许多特点，不能完全用一般性的移民模式来解释，与一般的投资者相比，这些创业者没有强烈的做大做强的意识，更是一种生活方式型的小企业主，他们只愿把自己归为游客之列而不要求通过移民进入到本地社会．需要对这种现象进行长期比较研究。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the identity transfer phenomenon from tourists to life style entrepreneurs.This study uses in-depth interview and qualitative analysis method to describe the identity transfer phenomenon in Lhasa and Nepal,and several aspects of their living and working as entrepreneurs there.It makes an elementary analysis on the character of these tourists and the reasons why they transfer to the two destinations. |
