| 摘 要： | 战略风险管理研究已成为国外战略学界和风险学界研究的热门之一。文章从战略风险概念的分辨、战略风险构成要素和战略风险度量的角度对国外战略风险管理理论进行了综述，并在此基础上对未来战略风险管理的发展提出展望，对我国战略风险管理理论的研究与实践具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Strategic risk management have become the hot research in the foreign strategy and risk studies, this paper summarizes the theory of foreign strategic risk management from the concept of strategic risk, the constitute elements of strategic risk and the risk measure, and then proposes the outlook of strategic risk＇s development. It has instruction significance to the study and practice of strategic risk management theory in China. |
