The Formulation and Regulation of Counterfeiting Industry -An Analysis of Market Evolution Based on Income Gap

This paper demonstrates the fixed income gap strengthened the producers＇ motive to the profit, and cause the consumers focus on low - end products. Then through the evolutionary game analysis we conclu- ded that in the income gap between the existing conditions, if the absence of regulation, the market will appear normal industry and counterfeiting industry coexist equilibrium state. The bigger the consumer income constraints gap is, the higher the probability that producers go into the counterfeiting industry. So through narrowing the income gap, and classifying the market supervision of counterfeiting industry, the regulation efficiency will be improved, so that the counterfeiting industry will be reduced or even be eliminated.
