浅谈工作流管理系统在政府流程再造中的应用

随着政府对改革紧迫性认识的加深，建立服务型政府成为我国现阶段政府改革的必然选择。服务型政府要求将公众视为政府服务对象，建立以公众为核心的服务流程是政府流程再造的目标。文章在认识这点的基础上，提出政府机构改革是政务流程再造的现实手段，运用工作流技术将政府业务流程电子化，是实现政府在互联网环境下以社会和公众需求为服务导向的职能转变的具体要求。

Briefly Discussing the Workflow Management System Applied to the Government Process Reengineering

With the government to deepen the understanding of the urgency of reform, the establishment of service-oriented government becomes the inevitable choice of China＆#39;s government reform at this stage. Service-oriented government request s that the public should be the object of government services, the establishment of service processes that the public is as the core is the target of government＆#39;s process reengineering. Based on the understanding of this point, this article puts forward that restructuring government administration is a realistic means of government process reengineering, and using workflow technology to make government business processes electronically is the requirements based on social and public demands for the service-oriented functional changes in the Internet environment .
