企业知识基础对突破性创新绩效的影响效应研究——一个有调节的中介效应模型

文章基于华南地区317家企业的问卷调查，对企业知识基础、开放式创新与突破性创新绩效之间的关系以及决策中心性的调节效应进行实证研究。研究结果表明：企业提升知识多样性或知识深度，以及积极应用内向型开放式创新或外向型开放式创新，均有利于其获取突破性创新绩效。同时，通过内向型开放式创新，知识多样性、知识深度的内在价值能够转化为突破性创新绩效，且通过外向型开放式创新，知识多样性的内在价值能够转化为突破性创新绩效。此外，在高决策中心性条件下，内向型开放式创新或外向型开放式创新对突破性创新绩效的正向影响作用会更强。进一步地，知识多样性通过内向型开放式创新或外向型开放式创新对突破性创新绩效的非直接影响效应会受到决策中心性的正向调节作用。

Research on the Influence of Firm's Knowledge Base on its Radical Innovation Performance: A Mediated Moderation Model

Based on the survey data of 317 companies in South China, the paper carried on an empirical research about the relationship among enterprise's knowledge base, open innovation and radical innovation performance, as well as the moderating effect of firm's centralization of decision-making. The results show that firstly, by enhancing knowledge diversity or knowledge depth, as well as using inbound open innovation or outbound open innovation, a firm can get more radical innovation performance. Secondly, through inbound open innovation, the potential value of firm's knowledge diversity and knowledge depth can be transmuted into radical innovation performance. Meanwhile, by outbound open innovation, the potential value of knowledge diversity can also be transmuted into radical innovation performance. Thirdly, centralization of decision-making of a firm plays a moderating role between inbound open innovation and radical innovation performance, which also plays a moderating effect between outbound open innovation and radical innovation performance. In addition, the mediation effect of a firm's knowledge diversity on radical innovation performance through inbound open innovation or outbound open innovation can be positive moderated by centralization of decision-making.
