| 摘 要： | 《罗马条约》之后,欧盟的地区差距问题一直是欧盟政策的重点。文章利用欧盟近50年的数据,采用基尼系数、变异系数和泰尔指数分别对欧盟区域差距的历史演变做了全面分析,主要结论是,EU15区域差距以1980年代初期为转折点,之前为缩小趋势,之后呈缓慢扩大的趋势;EU25区域差距在1993～2000年呈上升趋势,而在2000～2006年期间差距却明显下降。

| Abstract: | The issue of regional disparities has been a priority for European Union after the Treaty of Rome. The paper takes the approaches of Jini coefficient and Theil index to make a comprehensive analysis of the historical regional disparities in EU.
