The realization course of e-commerce should integrate four flow：information、 fund、 trade and logistics.With the help of digital and communicational technology,information flow and capital flow in the process of business activities can achieve in an instant,however,the low level of logistics distribution has become a bottleneck in the development of China＇s e-commerce.Under different logistics decisions,the company must choose the logistics distribution mode first.Therefore,this article is from the ways that e-commerce business choose the model of logistics distribution to study the logistics of e-commerce.
