基于层次分析法的输变电工程模糊综合评价方法探析

探讨了多层次模糊综合评价法的数学原理和评价步骤,通过建立评价的因子集、评价集、隶属函数和权重集,采用层次分析法和德尔菲法确定权重,运用模糊数学运算得出综合评价结论.最后,以运城500 kV输变电工程项目综合后评价为实例,验证了该方法的合理性和有效性.

Study on Layer Analytical Method Based Indefinite Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Power Transmission Project

this paper starts with discussion on mathematic principle and evaluation process of multi-layer indefinite compre- hensive evaluation method.Through the establishment of factor aggregation,evaluation aggregation,subjection function and weight aggregation and using layer analytical method and Delphi method to determine weight of power,comprehensive evaluation conclusion is drawn from indefinite mathematic calculation.At the end of the paper,comprehensive post evalua- tion of Yuncheng 500 KV transmission project is taken as example to verify the justification and effectiveness of this method.
