| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对大学生课外体育活动现状进行调查和研究,发现存在诸如女大学生习惯被动参与体育活动、课外体育活动场地严重不足等问题,并提出加强课外体育活动的引导与组织、形成良好的体育活动氛围、加大对体育设施建设的投入力度等建议. |

| Abstract: | Applying documentation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on,investigates and analyzes the actuality of undergraduate physical activity after school,finds out many problems such as female undergraduates are accustomed to passive participation in physical activities,physical activity space is serious insufficiency,etc.Puts forward some suggestions such as strengthen the guiding and organizing for physical activity after school,produce good atmosphere,increase funding for athletic facilities and so on. |
