| 摘 要： | 我国的职业教育与发达国家比还比较落后,职业教育理论和实践脱节,发达国家的职业教育注重实践能力的培养,尤其德国的双元制教育模式值得我们学习.在实行双元制教育过程中,需要企业、学校和国家各自肩负起自己的职责,才能使我国双元制职业教育尽快得到发展和走向成熟.

| Abstract: | Our country's vocational education is comparatively lagging behind comparing with developed countries.The problem is vocational educational theory and practice are separated from each other.The vocational education in de-veloped countries paid more attention to practicing capabilities,especially Germany's dual educational mode is valuable for us to study.During its practice,enterprise,school and country take their respective duties;we can learn from their practice and develop our education to its full mature. |
