石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫中结垢堵塞等问题的探讨

目前,石灰石—石膏法作为火电厂烟气脱硫工程技术规范之一,具有工艺技术成熟、运行可靠、应用广泛的特点,在火电厂烟气脱硫行业中占据着主导地位。但在实际工程运行中,仍存在着一些问题。文章针对其工程应用中存在的结垢堵塞和脱水困难等问题进行了探讨。

Discussion on fouling blocking in wet limestone-gypsum technology FGD

At present,the wet Lim estone-Gypsum technology as one of the technical criterions of FGD projects in therm al power plants,are of technology maturation,high reliability in running and is widely used in FGD,and it holds the leading place.But there exist som e questions in actual project application.This paper discusses the fouling blocking and dehydration trouble appearing in project application.
