摘    要:武汉市零售业根据自己的态势、竞争状态和市场需求的变化,明确自己的生态位,实施错位经营,最终获得竞争优势。武汉零售业的错位经营包括空间错位、商品类别错位、品牌错位、业态错位。武汉市零售市场可从品牌创新、细分市场明确定位、改变商品结构等方面进行改进,以促进其进一步发展。

Abstract:According to own situation,the competition condition and the changing of market demand the Wuhan retail trade indicates own Niche,dislocation management,obtains the competitive advantage finally.Wuhan retail trade's dislocation management includesl spatial dislocation,commodity category dislocation,brand dislocation and industry condition dislocation.The further development of Wuhan retail trade can be promoted from the improving of the brand innovation,subdividing of the market to be clear about the orientation and changing of goods structure.
