浅析减缓人民币升值压力的办法

2007年以来，人民币汇率总体走升。人民币升值对我国资本市场、出口企业、房地产业等产生影响巨大。同时，吸引了大量舌争热钱流入，又进一步加大了人民币对外升值的压力。应从目前的经济状况入手，认清人民币在保持基本稳定的前提下将逐步升值的趋势，清理不合时宜的”限入”措施、转变经济增长方式、促进产品结构调整和升级，以从根本上减缓人民币升值的压力。
