知识经济时代的人本管理理论探讨

摘    要:从物本管理发展到人本管理,与管理理论从"经济人"的人性假设发展到"社会人"、"复杂人"和"自我实现人"的人性假设密切相关。知识经济时代是人本管理兴起的时代背景,人本管理的基本内涵可以表述为"手段人","目的人"和"服务人"三个层次。

Abstract:Development from property management to the human -centered management closely related the theory of management from the assumption about human nature of"economic man"ran to the assumption about human nature of"social man","complex man"and"self-realization of man".The knowledge economic age is the background of age of human-centered management rising up;the basic content of human-centered management could be described as three levels including"means man","objective man"and"service man".
