| 摘 要： | 产业升级和社会转型发展对高职教育人才培养提出了新的要求和挑战。高职院校要适应新要求、迎接新挑战,必须加强学习型党组织建设,提高组织的学习实践能力、改革创新能力。针对高职院校学习型党组织建设存在的问题,探索解决的路径方法,使学习型党组织建设真正促进高职院校人才培养质量的提高,适应经济社会发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The industrial upgrading and the transformation of the social development present new demands and challenges for students training in higher vocational education.In order to adapt to the new requirements and meet the challenges,higher vocational colleges must strengthen the construction of learning-oriented Party organization,improve its learning and practical ability and innovation ability.This paper,taking the problems in the construction of a learning-oriented Party organization into consideration,attempts to find solution to them,thus,to improve the educational quality and keep up with the economic and social development. |
