| 摘 要： | 文章从企业家人力资本个量、总量和存量的三维视角,分析影响企业家人力资本释放的因素,主要包括物质报酬、控制权和剩余权比例、社会声誉;市场竞争环境、要素市场发育程度;人力资本产权保护制度、企业家政治经济职业地位,并指出要增加企业家人力资本供给,需要提高企业家内在需求的满意度,改善企业家发育和成长的环境.
