近红外技术在助剂过程样品分析中的应用

摘    要:建立了近红外光谱法测定助剂(非表面活性剂)生产过程样品羟值的测定方法。用Antaris傅立叶近红外光谱仪及RESULT软件,采集助剂过程样品的近红外光谱图,建立了羟值测定定量数学模型,结果表明:近红外光谱法计算值与传统化学分析法测得的结果之间具有良好的线性关系,相关系数达到0.990 9、校正均方差为0.173,羟值的近红外计算值与化学分析值之间的差值不大于0.30 mg/g(以KOH计)。该方法测定结果准确可靠,具有重复性好、操作简单,无人为影响因素,无需样品预处理、分析时间只需2 min等优点。
