| 摘 要： | 在我国,电力作为社会公事业关系到国计民生。电力应急管理指挥系统的研发与应用是电力应急管理的重要内容。建立一个电力应急管理系统体系,对增强电力应急管理系统能力具有重要意义。文章通过介绍电力应急管理指挥系统的内容,并结合我国的实际情况对其系统的研发与应用提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | In China,as the social public cause,power industry is related to people's livelihood.The development and application of power emergency management commanding system is the important content of power emergency management.Building a power emergency management system is important for enhancing the power emergency management system ability.Through introducing the content of power emergency management commanding system and combining China's actual situation,the paper proposes some suggestion for the development and application of the system. |
