对妥善处理地勘系统下岗职工劳动关系问题的探讨

文章从地勘系统的单位性质、社会保障状况、下岗职工队伍情况等实际出发，针对地勘系统在实施下岗职工基本生活保障与再就业工程时出现的劳动关系矛盾， 提出了发展产业经济， 增加内部就业岗位； 注意政策衔接， 维护职工养老、失业、医疗等社会保障权益； 以及区分不同就业形式、调整劳动关系等建议。

Approach to Cope Carefully and Skillfully with the Problems Concerning with the Labour Relationship of the Laid off Workers in Geology and Exploratory Line

From the reality of character of the geological prospecting units, social guarantee state and the conditions of the laid off workers, in accordance with the contradictions of the labour relationship arising in the basic living guarantee and re employment of the Geological prospecting system, in the article the author puts forward some proposals to develop industrial economy, offer inner working positions, keep the policies continuous, protect the social guarantee rights and interests of the staff and workers living out their life in retirement, unemployment and their medical treatment and etc. and distinguish different employment and adjust labour relationship.
