| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年,中国"走出去"战略与企业跨国经营的成效显著。本文主要对新世纪以来中国企业"走出去"所取得成效,面临的问题以及应采取的对策进行了探析,并对加快推进"走出去"战略的发展目标进行了阐述。文章认为,加快实施"走出去"战略是中国对外投资、对外开放进入新阶段的必然要求,它对确保中国现代化目标的实现和长期持续稳定的发展,提升我国的综合国力以及对全球经济发展均将产生十分重要的影响。
