| 摘 要： | 食品安全监管所依据的标准就是食品安全标准,是指保证食品安全、维护公众和健康的重要技术支撑,是涵盖食品的生产、流通、销售的从农田到餐桌各个环节的统一性技术要求。我国的食品安全监管标准体系还不尽完善,必须确立食品安全标准体系的原则、实施食品安全标准体系的相关保障制度。

| Abstract: | Food Safety Standard is the essential part of Food safety regulatory regime,which can guarantee food safety,maintain people＇s existence and health.China should ensure well run those standards according to whole monitoring,risk assessment and real-time updating principles;China should establish those standards with the harmony,advanced and arrangement＇s aims;implement the HACCP in whole food enterprises;consolidate certification system;improve inspection system. |
