海南省低碳产业体系建设研究

在全球气候变化的背景下,"低碳经济"、"低碳产业"日益受到世界各国的关注。低碳产业是新的经济增长点。本文积极借鉴国内外先进经验和做法,针对海南低碳产业体系建设进行研究,提出了低碳产业的概念和分类,分析了海南低碳产业发展的基础和现状,并进行了SWOT分析,提出了海南低碳产业发展的主要工作和保障措施,从而为海南低碳产业的发展提供了思路。

Hainan province low carbon industry system construction research

In the global climate changing background,＂low carbon economy＂ and＂low carbon industry＂are increasingly paid close attention by many countries in the world.Low carbon industry is a new economic growth point.This paper actively learned domestic and foreign advanced experiences and practices for Hainan low carbon industry system construction,this essay put forward the concept and classification of the low carbon industry,analyzed the foundation and present situation on Hainan low carbon industrial development,carried out the SWOT analysis,put forward the main works and safeguard measures on the Hainan low carbon industry development,and provided ideas for Hainan low carbon industry development.
