| 摘 要： | 知识产权保护是促进高新技术企业生存发展的重要动力。当前高新技术企业给广西经济的发展注入新活力,但是大多数企业知识产权的保护现状不尽人意。在对知识产权及知识产权在高新技术企业中的地位概述的基础上,结合广西高新技术企业知识产权保护的现状和成因分析,提出了适合广西的高新技术企业知识产权的保护对策。

| Abstract: | Intellectual property protection is an im portant driving force to promote survival and development of the high-tech enterprises.The current high-tech enterprises inject new life into the economic development of Guangxi,but most of status of high-tech enterprises＇ intellectual property protection is unsatisfactory.On the basis of the summarize of intellectual property and it＇s position in the high-tech enterprise,the paper combined with the analysis of the status and causes of High-tech Enterprises＇ Intellectual Property Protection in Guangxi,which proposed protection measures for high-tech enterprises＇ intellectual property protection in Guangxi. |
