海南省工业竞争力评价与发展对策研究

本文运用因子分析法,对30个省(市、自治区)的工业竞争力进行综合评价,发现制约海南工业发展的因素包括投资、研发以及交通设施等。海南应充分发挥经济特区优势,借助国际旅游岛战略的实施,推进基础设施建设,加快城市化进程。通过加强实物资本和人力资本的积累提升工业后续发展能力,推进海洋工业、生物制药、新能源等战略性新型工业生产。

Hainan industry competitiveness evaluation and development countermeasre research

With the method of factor analysis,this paper works out on the very thirty provincial（municipal or regional） industrial comprehensive competitiveness,finding that the restriction factors of Hainan industrial competitiveness include investment,RD and traffic facilities.With the implementation of the strategy of international tourism island,Hainan should give a full play to the advantages of special economic zone,improving the infrastructures and speeding up the urbanization process so as to ascend the subsequent industrial development ability and promote the production of strategic new industries such as marine industry,biological medicine and new energy industries by strengthening accumulation of the material capital and human resources.
