In the background of the urbanized and industrialized developing rapidly,there are some damage cases to farmers＇ rights.It is a current crucial and urgent problem to protect farmers＇ right,in order to promote the circulation of rural land and develop the urbanized,the industrialized and agricultural modernization.The article has done research on the important problems in circulation of rural land of Guizhou province,and the reasons for farmers＇ right damaged,at last proposed some countermeasures.
