| 摘 要： | "十二五"时期是全面建设小康社会的关键时期,是深化改革开放、加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚时期。十二五规划中提出要加强"绿色发展,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会"。本文以"十二五"规划纲要为指导思想,分析了辽宁"五点一线"沿海区域海岛旅游开发中存在的问题并提出了相应的开发策略。

| Abstract: | The twelfth five-year planning is the Key period for us to build well-to-do society;it is also the crucial period to speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development.Planning propose to strengthen ＂green development＂,build a resource-conserving,environment-friendly society.The article analyzed the problems exists in the development of island tourism of coastal area in Liaoning province and at the same time put forward some strategies to try to solve these problems on the base of the twelfth five-year planning. |
